Judicial Council in its meeting held today in Sana'a under the chairmanship, Supreme Court Chief and Chairman, Justice Essam Abdel Wahab Al-samawi
The session reviewed the note from the Minister of Justice on the Ministry's work plan for 2011.
The plan included in it a series of objectives, policies and procedures planned to implemented in 2011 and to determine the implementing bodies and the period it will The Council acknowledged Seiyoun Court in Hadhramaut and a number of other courts charged with considering those issues, which included Naham Court, Bani Huahaish Hashish Trial in Sana'a governorate, Al-Jouf and others.
