The two sides agreed on extending invitations to Omani companies to consider the possibility of investing in mineral field in the country.

The committee agreed to form joint teams to be as direct contact channels between the two sides, to follow-up implementing the agreeable points and to gave reports to the committee on the achievements and obstacles.

They agreed also on activating the agreements of training and exchanging information between Yemen and Oman.

The minute was signed by the executive director of the Yemeni Gas Company Anor Hassan and the Omani Petroleum and Mineral ministry's advisor Allai al-Marjabi.
