The Indian ambassador to Yemen expressed on Monday the will of some Indian companies to invest in the Yemen's minerals.
During his meeting with acting chairman of the Geological Survey and Mineral Resources Board Amer al-Saberi, Indian ambassador Ausaf Sayeed said that Yemen has a great wealth of minerals and precious stones and construction and decoration stones and many Indian companies desire to invest in this field.
Al-Saberi and Sayeed reviewed the possible means to create economic and investment cooperation relations in minerals areas between Yemen and India.
Al-Saberi also gifted the Indian ambassador a book about Yemen's minerals and the new law of mines and quarries gift in addition to a collection of the Yemeni gems.
