The meeting was chaired by District Director General / president of the council Mr. Mabrouk Salim Bin  Sweidan.  It discussed a number of topics that was on its agenda in accordance with its Plan of Action and it was as follows:

 -Discuss the previous minutes.

- Director General's activity reports between the two sessions and being presented to the local council meeting.

- General report submitted by the Governing body of the session the local council.- Report on education progress and the first semester result for the year 2010-2011 AD.-

The Commission also reviewed the administration preparations for the first session of the Council's local for the year  2011 and approved  it  that the session should be held be held on Wednesday, 06/04/2011 and secretarial  was assigned to  prepare and distribute  session documents .
