Huraidhah Districts Local Council Governing body on Monday morning held its sixth usual session for the year 2011.

It was under the chairmanship of District Director General/Local council president, Mr. Mabrouk Salim Sweidan and  in the presence of Mr. Bandar Mohammed Ba-ashr -  Huraidah District Local Council Secretary-General. The meeting  discussed a number of topics on its  agenda in accordance with The governing body's plan for  2011, including:
- Discussing local council  outputs for the first Council session for 2011 and its  implementation mechanism.
- Review  third session Executive Office  results for 2011.

Updates
- Review the letter from the Undersecretary  to do with the  allocation of social development projects, based on the letter  No. (5 / 339) edited on 27.3.2011 from the  Accounting Director General-Ministry's oil about the allocation of sum amounting to   (16.532.208) YR. And, a proposal enclosed with a special study   for projects  to be sent for approval by the Governing Body and the approved by the Ministry according to the new mechanism

 The administrative body already allocated  this project as to restore the internal sections of Amro-Al-qais Secondary at Huraidhah. It has assigned and engineer to raise  studies and designs for this project within a week and submitter it to the Concerned  Authority.
This has left The meeting came out with a number of decisions and 
 recommendations aimed at improving performance and remedies to issues that have been discussed and  were included in the agenda of this session.
