House of Representatives at its meeting today chaired by Deputy President of the Council Hamier bin Abdullah al-Ahmar reviewed the joint committee report

These reports were on Agriculture, irrigation, fisheries,development, oil and mineral wealth  and on the loan agreement signed between the Yemeni Government and the Islamic Development Bank.  The  Bank will act as manager of the Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development and will help in financing the  agricultural development project in  Abyan governorate which will cost  seven million and 640 thousand dinars, Islamic equivalent to  11 million and 497 thousand U.S. dollars. Council has postponed the discussion for this report  to another another session The Council also  heard presentations and  responses fromAmraam University President Dr. Saleh  Al-salami about the Council  queries on issues relating to the university.
