HCR approved 234 tenders of development projects in 2009

Higher Committer for Tenders (HCT) approved 234 tenders of services and development projects in 2009 at sum of YR 183.8 billion.
The projects are in fields of infrastructure, consultation services and equipments funded by the government and donors, according to the report.Moreover, the report said that the committee rejected 52 tenders last year as the tenders breached legal measures.Regarding achievements in structure of the committee, the report said that the committee managed to finalize measures of issuing the executive bylaw of the tenders' law.
