The competing teams were divided into four groups playing in one-role principle . the champions will qulifiy for the fourth round where the winner will represent Hadhramaut Province in the upcoming Yemeni table Tennis Championship .
The first group included : Shaab Hadhramaut, Tadhamin Mukalla,Wahdat Mukalla.
The second group included : Hilal Fuah, Naser Baroom and Shabab Roukob.
The third group included : Shabab Qarah and Wahdat Sheher.
The fourth group included : Samaoun,Wahdat Hami,Shabibat Dees and Raidah.
