The Governor of Hadhramaut, Mr. Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi, met today in Mukalla with the Director of the Mukalla Autism Center, Alawiya Awad Masjedi, to discuss final arrangements for the launch of the center's new headquarters for the 2025/2026 academic year. This follows the local authority's decision to integrate it into the Ministry of Education's Hadhramaut Coast Office.

The governor praised the efforts of those in charge of the center, emphasizing that the center's integration into the Ministry of Education office and the inauguration of classes in the center's new building in the Fuwa area of the Mukalla City Directorate represent a genuine commitment by the local authority to keeping pace with updates and new curricula, and to addressing diverse segments of society. The governor emphasized that the local authority has approved the teaching and administrative staff and equipment for the center to ensure the smooth running of the educational process and to provide a suitable environment for our sons and daughters with disabilities.
