Gulf leaders assert support for president Hadi

This came in the final statement of the 35th round of the GCC summit held on Tuesday in the Qatari capital, Doha.
They urged all Yemeni parties to abide by dialogue to solve their disputes and to reject the use of violence.
The GCC leaders also called on Yemenis to peacefully handle their problems and to commit to the implementation of the NDC outcomes and the Gulf initiative.
Recalling the UN statement issued on August 29th on Yemen, they condemned violence acts committed by Houthi groups in Sana’a, Amran, Hudaidah and others and the taking over of state institutions, calling on them to immediately withdraw from all controlled areas and state institutions, and return all taken weapons and materials.
Furthermore,the GCC leaders renewed support for Yemen in fight against terror.
