Government report criticizes failure to take punitive action against manipulators of gas

A government report criticized the unfair distribution of quotas of gas filling stations to centers selling gas, that cause recurrent crises of gas in Sana'a.
It added that the distribution process is going according to subjective judgments by the owners of the stations as well as by some filling stations distributing gas cylinders in the black market during the crisis.
