The draft contains expectations for resources and expenditures for the coming fiscal year, stressing on commitment of all authorities to the approved level of budget.

The committee authorized Ministry of Finance to study means of controlling deficit to be in the safe side.It also urged Central Authority units to put projects under construction on top of its priorities while it prepares its budgets and not exceed limits of their assigned budget.

In the meeting, which was headed by Prime Minister Ali Mujawar, Minister of Finance Noman al-Suhaibi reviewed the budget framework and suggestions to increase resources and control expenditures.
