Abdul Latif Al-Zayani's statement was made during a meeting with his envoy to Yemen Saleh al-Qanaeer, who has recently returned from Sana'a after a several-day visit. Al-Zayani confirmed the GCC's adherence to provide all support to Yemen in this regard. According to a press release issued by the GCC Secretariat General, al-Qanaeer has presented a report to al-Zayani on the latest developments in Yemen and the results of his meetings with Yemeni officials and the ambassadors of the Group Ten countries sponsoring GCC initiative.
