SANA'A, Dec. 19(Saba)- Foreign minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi received
Tuesday the newly appointed UNICEF representative in Yemen Abdu Karim
Jabari who offered his credentials.
Jabari expressed pleasure to represent UNICEF in Yemen confirming that Yemen would continue supporting the national plan in field of motherhood and childhood. He said UNICEF would also do the best to encourage women's political participation and to exist in Parliament
and other high positions.
Al-Qirbi welcomed Jabari wishing him success in his tasks to enhance ties between Yemen and UNICEF.
