Electronic transfer system special session  was concluded yesterday morning . It was organized by the General football  Federation and under the auspices of  FIFA,  with representatives, of fourteen clubs from second division, They were lectured by national coach Mustafa Al-Sahli where he  reviewed the matching of  players  system for those  who will enter into force early next month.  The clubs  will compelled to adhere to the system  procedures  that will ensure the speed  and  accuracy in which the players data  will be entered electronically, and  will verify the non-breach of the  International Football Federation rules. This will contribute  to the reduction of rig brokers and transparency in  transferring players.
