Competition Commission  urged on the importance of taking into account the provisions of Article (26) Paragraph (d) Section IV of the Rules of competitions, which provides as follows:
It is allowed  in the second  registration period, fora  player to  transfer from a  club to another, regardless of participation or non-participation and the club has the right to register another player to replacethe one who left.  The club which the player is going to transfer form is obliged to see that the player must not have completed the number specified in Article (19).
