Philippines' Acting Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario arrived in Sana'a on Saturday for a short visit, in which he will hold talks with a number of Yemeni officials in the Foreign Ministry.
In a statement to Saba, the Filipino official said that the talks would deal with the two countries' bilateral relations and means of strengthening them in various fields, especially in the commercial one.
