approved on Tuesday a draft of the executive bylaw to organize activities of a fund for exploiting and protecting sea livings in accordance with article No. 71 of law No. 2 in 2006.
 
The bylaw includes practical regulations related to the revenues and fees taken from the fish products, and the procedures which organize maritime control and inspection process of fishing activities in the Yemeni waters. The Cabinet directed gave orders to Minister of Fisheries Wealth to coordinate with the Minister of Legal Affairs to fulfill the required legal procedures to issue the bylaw.
