in the Qatari capital Doha a memorandum of understanding on the establishment of the Qatar Foundation for Development (QFD)in Yemen to support economic and social development in Yemen with capital of $ 500 million.
 
The Qatari Finance Minister said that the establishment of QFD came under directives of Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Emir of State of Qatar.
 
He pointed out that it was agreed on implementation of good medical city project at a cost of 200 million dollars, noting that this project is considered as first action by QFD in Yemen as Foundation to consider implementation of other projects respectively.
