Education Minister Abdul-Razzaq al-Ashwal met here on Sunday with Jamal al-Nouri, the Board Chairman of the Kuwaiti Sheikh Abdullah Al Nouri Charity Society.

During the meeting, al-Ashwal and al-Nouri discussed the possible cooperation between the ministry and the Society in the educational sector.

They also reviewed mechanisms to facilitate the implementation of educational projects worth of $18 million by the Society, which will begin its first stage by conducting the required studies to identify the target regions.

The Minister hailed the Yemeni-Kuwaiti brotherly bilateral relations and the Kuwait's efforts to support the educational and development areas in Yemen in the past.

For their parts, al-Nouri stressed keenness to effectively participate in supporting the educational sector in Yemen.
