Ministry of Communications, Culture, Posts and Telecommunications of Djibouti Ali Abdi Farah arrived in Sana'a to participate in the 14th round of Arab Telecommunication Minister Council, started on Wednesday.

Farah expected the meeting to come out with positive outcomes to develop the Arab telecommunication field.
