During their meeting, Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Mohamed al-Maitami, Saudi ambassador Mohamed al-Jaber and a delegation of the International Islamic Relief Organization (IIRO) discussed the possible means to insure that the food aid is provided to the neediest classes in a number of provinces for over a year.
Al-Jaber affirmed the Saudi keenness to provide all aspects of necessary support to Yemen to overcome the current crisis.
The Saudi King has granted Yemen food aid worth of $ 54 million for about 45,000 families.
