Hadhramout Governor Mr. Salem Ahmed Al-khanbashi stressed on the importance of implementing Cabinet decision on the demarcation and plate-numbering of motor bikes. He also talked about finding a relationship of complementarily between various actors, including the contribution in completing all the transactions for those seeking to get their number plates in a smooth manner
