Design and preparation course on proposals and project funding begun today in Seiyoun city.
It was organized by Wadi Hadhramaut Civil Society Council in conjunction with civil society councils organizations in Seiyoun districts. The course will run for five days and being attended by 22 trainees coming from five districts of Wadi and Sahraa districts.
