Republican Decree No. 39 for 2010 was issued on Monday amending the republican decree No. 3 for 1999 on the bylaw of the Emigration, Passports and Nationality Authority.
The decree stipulated the establishment of the General Administration of Refugees Affairs and to be under the supervision of the Authority Head.
