In his speech in the 6th round of he Islamic Conference for Culture Ministers, held in the Azerbaijani city of Baku during 13-15 October, he affirmed that this point of time is witnessing a numberof local wars and sectarian seditions overwhelming our Islamic world such as that in Lebanon, Iraq, Pakistan and other regions in addition to that sedition in Yemen, Saada governorate. He unveiledYemen readiness to host this symposium in 2010.The minister pointed out that tolerance and bridging the gaps among Islamic sects is of a strategic importance in the Islamic culture and Yemen is having a special focus on this issue in its cultural
programs.
