Cultural and tourism festival to be organized in Socotra

The Hadramout's local authority has approved the idea of organizing a
cultural, tourist and environmental festival in the Island of Socotra
next October.
The deputy of Hadramour Governor, Mr.Saeed Bayemean said that they'll cooperate with the local council of the Island for the festival to ensure the success of the festival.
In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), Mr. Bayemean said that the aim of the festival is to let the Yemeni people know about the history of the Island and tourist potentials as well as boosting tourism in both internal and external.
