Training course in hand-crafts for the deaf and dumb started today morning in Mukalla and being attended by 30 participants.
The participants are members of Al-amal Asssociation which take care and also rehabilitate the deaf and dumb. This training course is in its third phase and is part of a program called
" women are partners in development" being implemented by the Office of the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training Hadhramaut Coastal regio branch and supported by Al-awn Foundation for Development.
