The cabinet approved on Tuesday the draft phased program for stability and development 2012-2014 which will be presented at the donor conference in Riyadh.

The draft program consists of four components; which are the humanitarian, social and economic conditions in 2011, the immediate priorities and necessary measures, the mid-term economic recovery program and the investment programs and implementation mechanisms. The program is designed as a development plan for the transitional period to restore the economic, security and political stability. It is mainly based on the previous development plans and the national reconciliation government's general program. It was prepared by the government in cooperation with private sector, civil society organizations and donors.
