Based on the decision of Hadhramaut Governor No. (49) for the year in 2010 dated 1.3.2010,
Mr. Omaier Mbarak Omaier Deputy Governor fro Wadi and Sahraa Affairs issued a circular No. (7 / 22) .. appoinnting Mr. mbarak Yislam Bin Milhi Al-seiary as A-labr Director-General ,as provided in Article II of the validity of this circular from date of issuance.
