Upon his departure, al-Khalifa said that the 20th Gulf Cup holding in Aden was completely successful, expressing his appreciation of the hospitality of the government and the Yemeni people.
Bahrain football team has ended up its participation in the 20th Gulf Cup tournament with only one point after a 1 – 1 draw with Oman and two loses with Iraq 2 – 3 and UAE 1 – 3.
