It comes as part of a project implemented by the Ministry of standards and quality of technical education and vocational training to implement the quality system in vocational and technical institutes and in collaboration with the British Council.In  his speech during the  opening  function, Hadhramout Assistant Undersecretary - Mohammed Saeed Bagtmi on the importance of such workshops and courses,  that this enhance the capacity and skills of teachers and students in vocational and technical and is a translation of the political leadership represented by His Excellency the President of the Republic.  Hadhramout Assistant Undersecretary noting  that, graduates students of vocational and technical institutes are the  makers Yemen's  bright future with their giant  achievements  so as tot cope with current challenges, He called  upon workshop  participants to make the best use and implement the  knowledge they received and apply it  on the field. He indicated   that Hadhramout has a lot of inventors and creative brains in various areas that the other countries of the world. This was experienced when our inventors participated in International competitions and won gold awards during the presentation of their inventions.  He stressed on importance and the need for quality education in vocational and technical institutes to meet the labor market demand.  The Inauguration function was attended by Director General - Office of Youth and Sports coast of Hadramout Ibrahim Ahmed al-habshi, Advisor to the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training khamis  Said Al-shahet, a number of other officials from the  Office of the Ministry, deans, deputy heads of departments from Technical institutes as  well as .students
