Amer bin Amro during the last few days released 40 insolvent prisoners on his own expenses from Branch of central prison in Mukalla and other detention centers within Hadhramaut coatal districts.
He was able to coordinate and in cooperation with the Committee of suffering re leasers commission. The insolvent had served their sentences and the committee undertook to pay off their obligations and payments to others.
