Al-saum District situated in far east of Wadi Hadramaut concluded the 1432 A.H prophet Houd visit  events. This month is one of the relgious tourism season in our country.  

The event is concluded with  the incoming of Sheikh Abu Bakr bin Salim group. The event begun 6th of August, when  Hadhramout people made the division  to travel  in groups  to the far east of Wadi  Hadhramaut, where the tomb of Prophet Hood, peace be upon him  is located. There they stay for  almost a week in the the village surrounding the tomb which was built specially for this annual religious season whereby scattered markets of all sorts of item are found. This market organization  dates back to  Al-sheher  preislamic time..
