Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Caretaker Government Abu Bakr al-Qirbi met here on Monday with head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC)'s mission in Yemen Jean-Nicolas Marti
During the meeting, al-Qirbi and Marti discussed the cooperation relations between Yemen and ICRC in the various humanitarian fields.
