Hadhramout Govenor Salim Ahmed Al-khanbasi yesterday evening in Mukalla, honored the 150 hairdressing and beauty trainees.
These ladies participated in the training program that was held for over a year by the Rafaal Women Beuty Centre of Mukalla. The course was in the field of hairdressing, cosmetics, skin care and makeups. The function was attended by the Provincial Under-secretary Ahmed Junaid Al-Junaid, Director-General -Office of the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training Engineer Mohamed Aboud Bu-askrand members from Council for Businesswomen in Hadhramout.
