$65 mln loan agreements with IDB ratified

The first agreement signed 25 July 2013 showed that the IDB lends Yemen $15 million to contribute to financing the rural development project in Yemen.
Under the second agreement signed 7 march 2013, the Bank gives Yemen a loan of $50 million to contribute to financing the youth employment project via labor intensive public works project.
